Job Roles and Responsibilities for Branch and Field Sales :

·         Lead Management

·         Attending Branch Walk-in customer/other channel leads

·         Attending Customer appointment.

·         Explain to customer process, terms and condition, regulations

·         Collecting applications with all required docs from Customer.

·         Ensure all documents are checked in Originals, including KYC. Sign OSV on checking the originals only.

·         Submitting application at login Desk

·         Follow up on Sanction and Disbursal

·         Cross sell product

·         Do regular follow up on all pending leads

·         To generate referral Lead
